What is MIPARO?

MIPARO is a real estate system created to give people an opportunity to specify their search options. People can see the apartment options that they can have on a Google Map and choose their action. We are not your regular Real Estate Agency; rather we help real estate agencies to promote the properties that they sell!

What is a property (List ) page?

A property list page, as the name suggests, is a list of properties that are available for rent, but and sell. At MIPARO we can help you to find the finest property options, based on your requirements using Google Maps. So, you don’t need to stress running around in search for a place to rent.

How do I log into my MIPARO account?

You can sign up for an account by registering using your email address. Alternatively you can also use your Facebook or Google + account to login to the MIPARO account and have access to the entire information.

Can I log into my account with my username?

No, you cannot. You need to register with your email address, or alternatively you can use your Facebook or Google + account details to login.

I can't log in ?

If you have already registered using your email address, but have forgotten your password and cannot login the account, just click on the ‘I don’t remember my password’ link and you will receive an email containing a password reset link, which you can use to reset the password and log in to the account.

Can I access my other accounts using my username?

No, you can't access your other accounts with your username. You should merge your different accounts together to access them using single email ID.

I am unable to register.

If you are unable to register, and the screen shows email address already in use, chances are that you have registered previously and have forgotten the password. In that case you can click on ‘I don’t remember the password’ link and it will send an email to reset the password.

Can I register twice using the same email ID?

No, you cannot. A single email address can be used to register only once.

It shows that my email ID is already registered.

One need to login before accessing information on our site. This assists in knowing our customers well and information they may seek. In case if email ID is previously registered, you simply need to login with your user id and password. If you don’t remember either of them, then no worries at all. Just simply click on forgot username or forgot password, it will ask your registered email ID and access code would be allotted on your mail ID and you can simply login with this access code and input your new password. If you have forgotten your username, the same would be sent to your registered email ID.

Where does MIPARO get information about my property?

MIPARO gets information needed either by direct posting through MIPARO Account or through listing feed. Listing feed is a means of publishing frequently updated data in similar format. This is usually done by using xml file sent to MIPARO, which is then transferred the listing to the live site. For information coming though feeds, this information has to be updated at original source. After updating the listing would normally be featured within 24 hrs. In other words, the property on your homepage can be automatically synchronized to MIPARO or synchronized directly from your system to MIPARO.

How do I remove my home from MIPARO.

If you posted your home for a sale by owner listing using your MIPARO profile and now would like to remove yourself, please follow the instructions in article titled: “Cancelling your property for sale”. If you initially provided listing through listing feed then it should be removed from original listing source for canceling your listing. Once the page is refreshed, your listing would be removed. If you are still experiencing any difficulty, please contact our customer care representative and we would be happy to assist you.

How do I create a MIPARO agent profile?

Creating a profile is easy and simple, just Click Here This would take you to login page, where you can link it through your facebook, google or simply create a new user account by filling in required details.

How do I create a MIPARO agency profile?

We have a separate area for agency registration ‘Register as a new real estate agency here’. Please fill in all the appropriate information required here. Also, we have a subscription for that suit every real estate agent, select which one do you prefer and click on create agency. Your agency profile would then be registered.

What if I forgot my password?

Click on Forgot Password and this will ask your registered email ID for password reset instructions. We would then send a confirmation link to your email ID, after following these instructions, you can create new password.

How do I search for homes?

By logging on to the site, enter country you would like to search for homes. Fill up parameters on the left corner as per your requirement. Then click on map button on menu bar, you will find a thumbnail and area where property is listed. Click on that thumbnail and this would take you all the available homes in that area and other specifications related to those properties. You can also search for homes by going in List and gallery buttons in the menu bar. These would also show pertinent details about homes available.

How can I unsubscribe from emails and alerts?

After registration with us, we regularly send emails and alerts on your registered email id. To unsubscribe from this, please click on unsubscribe link in the email. You would be unsubscribed within 24 hrs from receiving any emails or alerts on your mail id.

Why is my home on a property page?

On MIPARO, the property on your homepage can be automatically synchronized to MIPARO or synchronized directly from your system to MIPARO. It may take some time for your listing to be posted on our page, usually 24 hrs. We display listings that are posted to us by one of the above methods. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact our customer care and we will be happy to assist you. Property page allows us to identify by assigning set parameters which may useful for a buyer.

Where is my listing?

You can find your listing on a property page with the photograph sent along with all necessary details. The property page also allows viewing details of your listing from various aspects.

How do I edit information or reduce the price on my listing?

Firstly login to your account. Then go to agency properties (if an agent) where you can view all properties listed by you with complete details. The property on which you would like to edit information or reduce price can be done by going on to the edit tab listed below particular property/home image. Clicking on edit button would take you to details about that particular property. Here you can do the necessary changes as per your requirements and then click on save the changes. The new information would then be displayed on our site.

How can I remove my listing?

This can be done by undergoing following steps:

  • Login to your account

  • Go to agency properties

  • Click on property/home you would like to remove

  • You would receive an alert before delete action is performed either to confirm or cancel.

  • Depending on your action the next step would be performed and particular home/property would be deleted from your account.
However, please note that once deleted you won't be able to revert this.

My home on MIPARO is listed by my agent. How can I edit my listing?

If your home is listed by an agent, you would need to inform your agent to perform the necessary actions as listed above for editing any information on your home. Unfortunately, you would not be able to do on your own. Once editing is done you can eventually confirm with your agent.

What is the 'Facebook Login' feature? How do I use it?

This is a unique feature which allows users to connect us with their FaceBook. But, for this you need to login to your facebook. Once logged into facebook account, you can see an alert message that displays 'MIPARO will receive your public profile and email address'. You can also edit your email address by clicking on 'edit this'. If you would like to give access to MIPARO then click on continue or simply cancel and register normally.

How do I edit information or reduce the price on my listing?

Yes. For using ‘FB Login’, user needs to be logged onto facebook.

Should I be logged into Facebook, to use the 'FB Login' feature?

This is an optional feature which allows users to register through different means such as facebook, Google account or normal registration. It’s completely dependent on user to avail this feature or no.

Why should I use the 'Facebook login' feature?

No Problem. As stated above this is just one of the ways of registering into MIPARO portal. If you are not using facebook account or don’t have one, no need to revoke access. You can simply register by other means as per your needs.

I am not using my Facebook account anymore. How do I revoke access to Facebook login?

No. As per information on login page, we have provided options for logging into your account. Depending on users choice they can either login through their existing facebook, Google accounts or go ahead with simple registration procedure.

Can I login with my email ID again, after I start logging in via Facebook?

Yes. This can be done only if you use facebook login feature. By doing this, you can view all of your friends who are registered with us.

Can I know my Facebook friends who are registered with MIPARO?

Should I use two distinct passwords for Facebook login and MIPARO login?

No, not necessary. If you are currently logged into your facebook and would like to access MIPARO page, there is no need to enter any password. Otherwise, you would be redirected to the facebook login page, where entering credentials for facebook would be required. However, please note that you can't log in to MIPARO account directly by using your facebook credentials.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No Problem. Your password can be reset by going to login page . On login page, click on 'I don't remember my password', which would then take you to password resetpage where you need to provide your registered email id and then click on 'send password reset link'. Follow the instructions in the mail and your password can be reset.

I want to retrieve my old MIPARO account.

This usually happens if user has forgotten their password. The account retrieval steps are similar to setting up your password. However, if are still unable to retrieve your account, please do write to us on info@miparo.com or call on country specific numbers under contact tab depending on the country you belong to.

How do I cancel my registration with MIPARO?

To cancel your registration with us, you need to call on country specific numbers provided in contact list or write to us at info@miparo.com. Please note that you can't cancel your registration yourself.

How can I edit my contact details?

For this, login to your account as you normally do. Then go to your account details where you can view basic info, contact information, social profiles and change password tabs. From these go to contact information, where you can view all relevant details. Change the information which you would like to change and then click on update to save the changed information.

Can I create multiple accounts on MIPARO?

Yes, multiple accounts can be created in MIPARO. However, you should use distinct email ids as single account is allowed per email id.

Can I post a free listing to sell or rent my property?

Yes you can, but there are certain limitations for posting free listings on the number of posts posted. Please call on the number +33 97 721 87 78 or write to us at info@miparo.com to check on this.

We would employ digital marketing strategies such as social media and Google adwords to get more responses for your advertisement.

When my property advertisement will be visible on the website?

As soon as we receive information about your property to be listed, it would undergo verification and screening process, which normally would take maximum of 24 hrs. Once verified and screened, you can expect your listing to appear on our search page. It would then be visible on the site.

For how long will my property advertisement be live on the website?

This normally depends on the subscription plan opted by the user. Normally standard live duration for any listing would be two months. MIPARO reserves the right to immediately remove any properties which are no longer for sale or lease (for example properties which have been sold, leased or withdrawn from the market)

Can I post a free listing in place of a deleted listing?

As stated above, we screen and verify all the properties/listings prior before being put on the site. This can be verified simply by contacting you on the available contact information provided and asking some relevant questions pertaining to your lease/sale of property. How do I buy Professional subscription?

  • (III) Click on add new property

  • (IV) Then Click on change plan

  • (V) You can view 2 plans (Free & Professional )

  • (VI) Choose Professional

  • (VII) Add to cart and pay

Why do I buy Professional subscription instead of free?

Professional subscription brings a whole lot of features as compared to free plan. In professional plans (API / Synchronise), there is an easy API for your developer and can be synchronized directly from your system to MIPARO. Whereas, in synchronise plan, there is a convenience of adding property on your homepage, and synchronize is automatic to MIPARO. Additionally, synchronization can be done directly from your system to MIPARO. These features are not available in free options.
